The real value of a form is not the data you collect — it is what you do with it. And for most teams, "what you do with it" still involves a painful amount of manual work.
Workflows change that. When a response comes in, you can automatically notify the right person, push the data to your CRM, send a tailored follow-up, or branch based on the answers.
The trick is to start small. Automate one repetitive task — say, a Slack notification to your sales channel for high-intent leads — and expand from there.
Every workflow you build buys back time your team can spend on work that genuinely needs a human.
